About This Role

As a Sales Development Representative at MetaCorp, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, social selling)
Research and identify potential clients in target industries
Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution
Qualify inbound leads and route to appropriate sales executives
Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence
Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Develop product knowledge and sales messaging expertise

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of sales or business development experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and competitive drive
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and persist in prospecting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Goal-oriented with track record of meeting/exceeding targets

Nice to Have

B2B sales experience, particularly in BPO or technology services
Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
Previous experience in telecommunications or IT services
