About This Role

As an Operations Manager at MetaCorp, you'll oversee daily operations, lead multiple teams, and drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple teams (50-100+ employees)
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed
Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives
Manage budgets and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with company policies, client SLAs, and regulatory requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation
Conduct performance reviews and implement coaching plans
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
5+ years of operations management experience in BPO/call center environment
Proven track record of leading large teams and driving results
Strong understanding of BPO operations, metrics, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Data-driven decision-making approach with strong analytical skills
Experience with workforce management and quality assurance
Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced degree in related field
Six Sigma or Lean certification
PMP certification
Experience with BPO management software and analytics tools
Multi-site operations management experience
