About This Role

As a Customer Service Representative at MetaCorp, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and solutions
Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work in shifts including evenings and weekends
Patience, empathy, and customer-focused attitude
Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with accuracy

Nice to Have

Bilingual capabilities (Spanish, French, or Mandarin)
Experience in BPO or call center environment
Knowledge of technical support procedures
Certification in customer service excellence
